Alarm clocks sound throughout the home of the Forgetful bears. “Why are we getting up so early?” they ask, but nobody can remember. They walk into the living room and see the sign “Don’t forget your trip.” But where are they going? Nobody can remember.
They head for the door, “Don’t forget your bags!” Hop into the car, “Go back for your tickets!” and the Forgetful bears realize that if they are ever going to complete their trip, they will need someone who can help them to remember things. And that’s when Mr. Memory, the elephant arrives to the rescue!
Okay, so this book was wonderful. It was hilarious, but in a clean, innocent way. The Forgetful bears make absolute fools of themselves remembering the wrong things at the wrong times, and while this is portrayed as funny, it could also be used to teach children about the importance of remembering their own chores and tasks.
Conclusion. Great fun for young and old alike.
