Title: The Furry Alphabet BookThe Furry Alphabet Book
Author: Jerry Pallotta
Illustrator: Edgar Stewart
Pages: 30
Reading Level: Read Aloud
Star Rating: ★★

In The Furry Alphabet Book we are introduced to animals whose names begin with each of the letters of the alphabet. We meet regular old cheetahs and beavers, but are also treated to a few more unusual specimens such as numbats, quokkas, unaus, and ibexes.

The illustrations were sober and life-like, but several of the animals looked really creepy (especially the naked mole rat included on the last page). Also, four pages were missing from my copy (which I bought used), so I can’t give a complete report on the contents.

Conclusion. On the plus side of neutral.
